Couple Harry And Meghan Featured On Times 100’s Influence List
Time magazine’s annual 100 Most Influential People in the world featured Britain’s Prince Harry and Meghan on the cover on Wednesday.
The list also includes singers like Britney Spears and Billie Eilish. And Simone Biles, who participated in Olympics as a gymnast.
In the last year, both Harry and Meghan left their royal duties. They moved from Britain to California, appearing on the most prestigious magazine that covers highlighting the honorees. And now this couple Harry and Meghan featured on Times 100s list
The photo shows the couple, who have the title of Duke and Duchess of Sussex. They dressed casually against a background of trees.
Edward Felsenthal Time Magazine editor-in-chief said the 100 list features extraordinary leaders from around the world. Those working to build a better future have thrown themselves into the fray in a year of crisis.
The 100 lists, which are not ranked, included 54 women. This 100 list also mentioned political figures such as US President Joe Biden, US Vice President Kamala Harris, and former US President Donald Trump.
Both Harry and Meghan left Britain in 2020 to build independent lives, launched their Archewell Foundation, and struck lucrative deals to produce television shows and a podcast.
Chef José Andrés, who founded the nonprofit World Kitchen and partners with the Archewell Foundation, wrote that it would have been safer for the couple to remain silent in a tribute.
The Duke and Duchess feel compassion for them as that’s not what Harry and Meghan do or who they are. Everyone has an opinion of people in this world, and they don’t know. Andrés wrote that he thinks that they run into the fight.
Spears, 39, is also on this list for the first time in a year because they consider her struggle to shed a guardianship who controlled her personal. And also business affairs for 13 years under increasing scrutiny.
Reality star Paris Hilton celebrates the “Stronger” singer, who wrote that Spears embodies joy despite her struggles. So we listen to her and support her as she turns pain into purpose, her unwavering spirit significantly more potent than ever.
Megan Thee Stallion, a rapper, wrote about seven-time Grammy winner Eilish, who also got her cover. They called the 19-year-old singer “a unique soul” who stands up for herself and advocates for women in all parts.
The special edition of Time goes on sale Friday.
