Today, Certified Refurbished Store of Apple added iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro models, which are available if you’re interested in the company’s previous-generation devices and want to save money.
The move comes almost eighteen months after the high-end phone launched in 2020.
All phones offer decent savings compared to the cost of a new iPhone 12, which Apple continues to sell alongside the newer, more expensive iPhone 13. As iPhone 12 devices offer various storage options, prices vary for refurbished phones.
For example, on Monday, March 14, the Apple US Store for refurbished equipment featured a total of 14 iPhone 12 and 12 Pro devices. A black 64GB iPhone 12 unlocked was available for $619, which offered a savings of $110 over the regular price at the lower end of the price scale.
At the other extreme, an unlocked iPhone 12 Pro Pacific Blue 512GB was available for $1,019, which is $180 cheaper than new.
Currently, the site doesn’t have an iPhone 12 Mini or iPhone 12 Pro Max phone available. However, anyone interested in either device should regularly check Apple’s online store as they could appear at any time.
All Apple refurbished iPhones are equipped with a new battery and a new outer shell and come with a one-year warranty.
According to Apple’s website, all refurbished devices are clean thoroughly, fully tested, and use genuine Apple replacement parts, if necessary.
Refurbished iPhones also come packaged in a new box with accessories and cables and have free shipping.
Apple says on its website that supply is limited, and availability is guaranteed once they receive our full payment.
Anyone who has purchased a refurbished item from Apple will know that the product always looks and works as good as new.
The iPhone 12 and 12 Pro are still very effective devices. They may be right for you if you consider upgrading from an older phone but don’t want to spend a lot of money on the iPhone 13. The refurbished models offer notable savings on more than just the iPhone13, but also a new iPhone 12.
